Welcoming Environment - safe and calm

Once you have decided on the type of therapy combination you would prefer, we can discuss whether your sessions will be carried out face to face or via Zoom or Teams. Any type of session will be a safe, calm and "healing" experience.

Via Zoom/Teams you should ensure that you have:

1. A quiet room with a comfy seat

2. Good wi-fi/internet connection 

3. A fully charged computer / I-pad / phone

Face to Face - the London office offers a quiet, comfortable room.
