During a session, you will be encouraged to relax and then talk about different situations in your life that have impacted you, made you feel fearful, anxious, worried, angry etc. Knowing where and when your limiting beliefs started helps you to understand how they are impacting you today. Your mind's job is to keep you safe however it will, at times force you to remember these limiting beliefs that set in a long time ago and this is sadly what impacts behaviours, mental health and also physical health. Remember, it's only trying to help!
